Vision-Driven Development

VDD Plugin

Disciplined agent development starts from vision, not from chat session memory.

VDD Plugin is coming from Marsmodule. It brings Vision-Driven Development into practical software work: a shared vision, specialized agent roles, persistent memory, and clear quality gates in one disciplined development flow for Claude Code.

What Is VDD?

VDD stands for Vision-Driven Development. It is a development model built around a human-owned vision: what is being built, for whom, why, and with which quality criteria.

Around that vision, the process is structured so agents do not improvise through disconnected prompts. They operate under a shared target state, defined roles, persistent memory, and visible quality checks.

Vision First

Requirements and intent guide implementation from start to finish.

Clear Roles

Planning, implementation, design, and quality assurance are separated into explicit responsibilities.

Visible Process

Completion is based on agreed evidence and gates, not on intuition or chat-session momentum.

What Does VDD Plugin Do?

VDD Plugin brings VDD directly into Claude Code. Its role is to turn fragmented agent work into a disciplined system where the vision stays present, responsibilities stay clear, and quality is checked systematically.

The plugin is the first taste of Marsmodule: start inside Claude Code today, then graduate into the broader Marsmodule environment when the project outgrows raw chat-driven development.

Shared Direction

The plugin keeps vision.md as the shared point of guidance throughout the work.

Vision-led

Persistent Memory

Agent work does not rely on a single session. Important decisions and context can be preserved.

Persistent context

Quality Gates

Done means verified. Work moves forward through agreed checks instead of unchecked claims.

Proof over claims
